I bought these rings especially for eggs. I like Egg McMuffins, but I don't want to give my money to McDonald's, so I make them at home. These rings are perfect for that if you use them properly. The biggest problem I've had so far is that if I don't coat the inside of the ring with some kind of oil, the egg will stick. This is easily fixed by gently running a butter knife over the ring to release the egg. However, the second problem is that the metal handle gets VERY hot. To fix this problem, use the hotbar. Do not use abrasive cleaners when cleaning. This will most likely scratch them. Those issues aside, there's a learning curve with Heat. Make sure your pan is way hotter than you would normally use for eggs or they will leak out of the bottom. Then just wait for the bottom half of the egg to cook before flipping it. Enjoy! Basically perfect circles.
