Crest Regular Toothpaste does not contain any whitening ingredients, but cleans the teeth. I've tried other brands but with Crest I haven't had any cavities. It's worth thinking about the gag. lol, and the cost of the dentist, not to mention the fact that it was left in the mouth. lol
