So when I first got it, it worked great. Downloaded movies pretty quickly and played them perfectly through the HDMI port with downloaded movies. It's been 10 months now and I'm having a very hard time downloading over Wi-Fi while on a fiber optic connection. Also in this time there was not a single Android update and work is still being done on Android 9. And the charging connector has become very loose. I used this weekly to download movies and play them during the week that I was offline. Pretty frustrating that he's only 10 months old and already struggling.
