Review on 💧 Pentek RFC20 BB Carbon Filter Cartridge: Premium Solution for Efficient Filtration by Joe Jordan

Changed the filter yesterday and after about 30 minutes the family asked why the water in the toilet had turned black. I put the filter system in the bypass and washed the water lines and the water was clear. Opened up the filter housing with the RFC20-BB and the filter fell apart inside the housing releasing the carbon which ended up in our plumbing. Disappointed as the first filter worked great for me. A lot of money was spent on a filter that failed within the first hour. I can't find how to contact the seller. Currently I can't use any of my filters as it also ended up in my other three cases with my GAC-20BB filter and UV filter. So now we have to wash everything off and hope GAC-20BB is still ok. Came out over $100 for this problem.
