This product has changed the way I clean floors for the "better" The wash bin is small enough and compact that i can store it in a closet. AND, it is easy to move about with its handle while washing the floor. I just love the ability to rinse my mop while washing the floor. In the past I felt all I was doing was moving the dirt around on the floor. Now it is being picked up and rinsed. It is very convenient to take the mop handle apart and store it in the container as one unit. Nice and neat! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. I bought this product in October 2020, and have used it quite regularly. However last week, Friday, May 7, 2021 I began to have problems with the handle staying attached to the mop head.the little button to push in to add the handle remained stuck in, and as someone else mentioned the mop head would fall off of the handle making it impossible to use. HOWEVER, on the afternoon of Friday, May 6, I emailed customer service and their response was almost immediate! "Kevin" basically said no problem and he would send me a new mop head! NO BILL, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I Did receive it in the mail this last Friday, May 14, 2021. Their customer service is EXCELLENT and further justifies the use of this wonderful product. It is truly a great way to wash my floors. Thank you!
