I like that our team can easily access all of their data online, including billing information! It is easy for employees who are not tech-savvy or new hires without experience with technology in general - it's very user friendly! Sometimes there will be an error when you try logging into your account from outside work hours which makes things difficult if they're trying to check up during those times too often.

Also sometimes we have problems loading some pages/sections within crediBal but this seems more common at night than any other time so maybe just give them another shot? We've been able to solve many issues related to patient management by using creditbal as well as tracking reimbursements much better now compared to what was happening before use. The benefit has definitely outweighed potential downsides though nothing major yet either. Our organization has realized how crucial keeping patients.
