Great little universal amp with big power

This is a powerful little universal amp. It seamlessly plays MP3 files from an SD card, USB stick or via Bluetooth. There is also a built-in radio. I hooked it up to a pair of Pyle ceiling speakers and it has plenty of power. The volume control doesn't even need to be raised much. I didn't check the microphone inputs, I don't need them. I connected the unit to my phone first to play music and turned the knob about a third to get good volume. The volume on the phone was around 80%. I then downloaded the music to both the SD card and the USB stick. It almost blew up the speakers, it was so loud I almost had to turn the volume all the way down. The display is great straight up, but can be difficult to read at an angle. This amp will be on a high shelf in the studio, so we'll see what happens. In terms of size, I would like it to be a bit wider and less deep. While there are a number of things that could be improved on this little amp, overall I'm very happy with it, especially for the price! Pros: Lots of power - you almost don't have to turn the knob to get lots of volume. It packs a lot of features into a small package - USB and SD inputs, CD and DVD inputs, line out, speaker outputs, folder and track selection, shuffle, good bass and treble controls. Cons: Most of my cons are related to the remote control. The remote control is very small and can easily be lost. The volume control on the remote control is small; You can turn it down (from 30 to 0) and back down to whatever volume the slider is set to, but no higher. The handle isn't motorized, so it doesn't control this. Switching off the device with the remote control puts it in standby mode. If you turn off the device with the power switch, you cannot turn it on with the remote control. Another minus is the aux input on the front panel. I plugged it into my phone and had to crank the volume up hard. If you switch back to SD or USB, the speakers may explode. I will not use the additional input. The display can be difficult to read at certain angles.

FANTASTIC sound and versatility for the price! Some quirks for sure, but meets my needs!
