This dress is surprisingly flattering. With the right shapewear, this looks amazing. The length is perfect for many ages and occasions. The waist line really works, even for my mom belly that refuses to go away. The top part of the dress nicely folds just over the waist line to really give this dress a sophisticated and streamlined look. I have a few issues with the dress though which made me return it. First - the fabric is mostly cotton. It's advertised so I should not have been surprised by it, but it keeps this much more casual and did not keep its shape well. Just in trying it on, it stretched out a but. I would like to see something that holds it's shape a little more. Second - neckline is closer to a boat neck than scoop neck. Might not be a deal breaker for some, but I don't like messing with bra straps. Last, I wish there were better prints. I am not a fan of stripes, and certain prints are great at hiding problem areas.
