Review on 🏎️ HYUNDAI Genuine 39180-37150 Crankshaft Position Sensor: Unmatched Reliability and Accuracy by James Womble

I have previously replaced this sensor with a new one. A faulty sensor will set code P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor. On the 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe, the 2.7L sensor is installed in the center of the center block behind the exhaust manifold. The best way to access this sensor is to remove the starter and lower it down. Also remove the oil filter after draining the oil. The sensor and mounting nut are visible from where the oil filter is installed. Hang a lamp in and make sure the engine is cold (OC). This resolved the P0335 code and got the car started quickly and running smoothly again. I wrote this review about 4 weeks after purchasing the sensor.
