Easy to use, cute and compact.
I love how small, cute and handy this teapot is. The soft case makes it easy to carry without burning yourself on hot tea or worrying about the glass breaking. The only real concern I have about this, which may be an issue for some customers, is that fine particles from your tea leaves can seep through the filter. If you want your tea to be completely clear, this may not be for you. However, if you're like me and just looking for a practical and cute teapot to carry around, I highly recommend it.
