I liked it, but sent it back because it was small. Unlike many waterproof jackets, this one is lined and slightly warm. A hood is included, but there's also a lined collar to keep you warm. However, it works very little. I'm 5.9" and 175lbs, with other brands I usually wear a medium (e.g. Columbia). But I know the HH runs small so I ordered a large and even that was a bit small.If I was just going to wear a jacket just over a t-shirt a large would be ok but I need layers where I live and sometimes like to wear a sweatshirt underneath - in which case this jacket, even a large one, would definitely fit too tight in the middle and under the arms, but the quality is definitely there - you just need to find the right size for your use.
