The catalytic converter is significantly better than the one I replaced a few years ago. Everything fits well for the 2008 Pontiac G6 2.4L. I would recommend if you are installing this yourself attaching the bottom first as there is a flexible connection underneath the transducer. Then tighten some nuts on the engine and attach the stabilizer bar, then fully attach it to the engine. Easy installation in less than an hour. It may take a while to come loose as everything is probably rusted and has experienced a lot of heat. Even if it starts smoking the first time you start the engine, don't worry, it's just burning fat.
