Not really, but with a little effort you can still use it.
Cloth changing hole is on the mounting side, so you can't open it to change cloths after installation. Someone has to activate it in the quality control department. I've seen several reviews saying the same thing. Luckily I can and found a solution to mount it differently so I can still use it.
