Wrong mouse tracking function; Stickkeys

I noticed earlier that the tracking was wrong. It was lost when moving the cursor up or down the page. So I had to buy another mouse model that works great. A year after purchase, the keys began to stick, which kept the letters running and partially began to erase lines of text.
