I love these lighters, came exactly like the picture, seems solid and well built, the main reason is to teach people how to refill butane lighters, I've seen Reviews say you can't fill them more than 1/4 of the way, the reason being you have to let the gas out of the tank before you fill them. valve until you have drained all the gas from the tank (here you can drain it, when the sound of the escaping gas is no longer heard, you can fill it to capacity)
