Review on Air Cork Wine Preserver (Burgundy): Save Red and White Wine, Reusable Stopper, as Featured on Shark Tank by Josh Dyer

I bought this after reviewing America's Test Kitchen. I've only used it for 3 bottles but it works great. It's an unlikely-looking case, but it works very well. The balloon doesn't deflate fully or easily, making it a bit of a hassle to remove from the bottle. It seems like the balloon could be a little more durable and still work when needed. This will likely allow him to void more fully. As far as wine preservation goes, it works better than any other system I own. Today even some higher quality wines are bottled using screw caps and vacuum systems are not as tight as in a cork bottle. This device also solves this problem. I'd recommend it, but I'll keep an eye on version 2.0 as well!
