Great ending - check something first

Overall VERY happy with this purchase. Here are some things I've learned: 1. Not all colors can be thinned. I did a little research and even the packaging says the paint needs to be diluted to a certain consistency. I did just that and only later read the fine print on the paint - do not dilute. So make sure you choose a primer and paint that can be thinned. I'd say I had to take a Qtip about every five minutes to clean the tip or it would start spitting up. Consider how often the nebulizer needs to be cleaned during operation. There are many resources on the internet that you can guide you through. Steps. ALLOW TIME FOR PREPARATION. DON'T TAKE THE TIME TO COVER EVERYTHING AROUND THE COLOR AREA. I have sprayed the cabinets - Clean the surface very well - Sand the surface with a fine grit to remove shine and smooth finish - Clean (you can use a sticky cloth) - Get a GOOD primer, with that you can lose weight. Many recommend oil but I just couldn't - let it dry overnight or a few hours - sand again - 2-3 coats of paint (wait a few hours between coats) - sand lightly again - finish with 1-2 coats of paint.- At least Leave to dry for 7 days. Dry does NOT equal CURED - When the paint is still soft to the touch or scratches easily. Can be sprayed with polyacrylic paint. There are other products too.
