Surprisingly light. My men's size 10.5 weighed about 9.4 ounces. The foam is quite firm but firm underfoot and feet feel refreshed even after long runs. I use this shoe for everything: running, long runs, tempo workouts. As I said, great energy return for an uncoated shoe. Reebok is the leader in the running shoe category, but these no-frills shoes fit and feel just like the Nike Pegasus (in my opinion). If you are between sizes, be sure to order half a size smaller. They seem a bit long for their size.
