Absolutely unbelievable things! It is enough to twist twice and it dries very quickly. You only have to use it once a week! I shower and bathe regularly, but somehow, unless rubbed in with soap and a coarse sponge, it stays on! I'm not a fan of aluminum, but I can't stand the smell of chili after using natural alternatives for an hour.
