We bought this pack to use in "Greek" yoghurt. We'll follow the instructions for making yogurt, then put the yogurt in this bag and let it drain a bit. (We have found that for 6 cups of milk we get about 3 cups of bitter tasting green liquid and 3 cups of great tasting Greek style yogurt.) The package works great, we are very happy with the Greek yogurt we make. I know they sell it for making almond milk - we should give it a try - but we love using it for yogurt. Likewise. The Best of Ellie is a pleasure to buy. They sent out a fair amount of email including support books and recipes. I feel like this is a small business and I hope my review will benefit you. (I paid full price for the product with no perks granted by the seller.) I would buy from them again. Update November 2017. I still use my yogurt to make greek yogurt. The bag is still in great condition and I am still happy with the purchase.
