Hub for tools and equipment

I received my tool and found the instructions to be a little better than expected except for the instructions on how to adjust the hub which happens to be the most important part of the entire tool. . Reading some of the previous reviews where the mandrel broke on the first try, I believe this could be due to incorrect travel attitude. The stroke determines how much pressure is applied to the rivet as the rivet is pulled into the desired shape. With small sizes, a full stroke is too much pressure and can break something, especially a small hard material rivet. The previous review explained the power stroke very technically well. So the instructions don't really explain the process, and it's not even clear how to adjust the stroke. After much poking and prodding, I figured out the process. In Photo 1 I point to the stop ring for the travel adjustment. Loosen these to allow adjustment. In photo 2 I point to the actual adjustment cone, move it in and out, adjusting how much travel you get. You can't move it if the levers are open too far, just wiggle the levers until you can turn the cone. Turn the cone, open the levers fully, and then look at the sensor. In photo 3 it's just over 0.2 which is what I needed for the small M4 nuts I used. In the last photo, I opened it up to 0.5 for about half a stroke. When you have the desired stroke, tighten and test the locking ring. I found something about the same thickness as my work and used that as a test.
