Vizio is what it is. The remote control is tricky to use as it needs to be aimed precisely at the part of the TV that picks up the signal. We don't have any obstacles, but we constantly get up and go to the TV to make it work. This is the 3rd controller in 3 years and all 3 are the same and work the same so it's not the fault of the retailers it's the fault of the manufacturers. The TV was a Christmas gift so we're swapping out the TV asap but it really works and I liked this one because it had app shortcuts which I liked better with Netflix and Revain at the top. Now if they had Hulu with both, that would be the best. It's not bad for the price though.
