I was very happy when I first got the light. Exactly as advertised. Handles Zoom meetings well (my main use). When it started to flicker after a few weeks, support reacted very quickly and sent a replacement immediately. connected to the USB port built into the surge protector. I plugged it into a different USB port on the power supply and after a couple of weeks the second port stopped working. I noticed that the connector gets very hot, so I assume the USB connector is melted. somehow inside. I reported this to customer service and after several emails back and forth I was told not to use it for an extended period of time. 10 or 15 minutes at a time just noticing what you're plugging it into and how hot the USB port can get.
