I've had this unit for a few years now. So far I've only used it once for grilling. The meat juice didn't drain well and it ran everywhere. I've made waffles with this 4 times and each time it was difficult to remove the waffles even though I used nonstick spray on the nonstick grid. I have followed recommended handling and cleaning instructions, trying not to damage the finish. The last time I used it, I noticed that a lot of non-stick particles got into the waffles. I had to throw them away. Now aluminum grilles are very exposed and will delaminate. I called their support team and they told me I can't buy replacement nets and they wouldn't even fix them for me for a fee. Now this waffle maker is useless.
