DO not buy--suction does not work
So disappointed with these canisters. Great sizes and sleek look. Good quality materials, but the suction on the lids is non-existent. As others have noted, the "suction" lid does not seal at all. I can easily pull the lids off with no resistance after I have engaged the lid. Items have gone stale quickly.Have swapped out for containers with flip-down locking lids from IKEA.
- The FLiPLOCK system ensures that the lid stays securely in place, even if the container is jostled
- The containers may not be suitable for those who frequently store foods with a high sugar content
