Easy enough to put together. However, one of the screws broke off at the head during assembly. Meaning that in order to take it apart, I'd have to bore out the broken screw. These screws are extremely small, and tapping it out is not really an option, and no,. I didn't over tighten it,. I'm not "that" strong.I gave this item 3 stars because of the faulty screw.When used exactly as described, meaning for a wheelchair or scooter, I'm going to guess it's a good item. However, if you are hoping to broaden it's use as a "walk up" ramp then this is not the right item to use. The angle is too sharp. Sadly, I can't use it as I'd hoped to, and because of the broken screw, I can't take it apart to return it.
