My Harlequin Dane eats from an elevated feeder so when she comes up for air, kibble flies! I got this mat and WOW! This mat catches Kibble, Droul, Excess water, and the raw egg & calves liver blood ALL OF IT. I just shake off out of back porch and run on delicate cycle in washer without detergent. It doesn’t mold, mildew, leak, or slide. I liked it so much I bout one to replace other dog feeder mat & one for in front of sink & fridge- - Why can’t a certain gender pour iced tea over the sink instead of in front of fridge? Oh well, not a problem any longer! A plus, pretty comfy to stand on while washing dishes or dog bowls in sink! Get one or 4 like I did! You will not be sorry. Go for the largest size. I wish they made an extra large!
