UPDATE: Your customer service has really improved. They contacted me (several times on this trip) and sent me a new device (even a newer model - M210) and it works great! It cleans well, is programmable and has a remote control. Everyone in the family likes it. Except for the dog. Let's wait a bit. The vacuum cleaner worked fine for 3 weeks, then it stopped. I tried to get them to resolve the issue with very little response. They asked me to upload a video showing what the vacuum cleaner is doing (beeps/doesn't move), which I did, but they didn't respond. I continue to send the 2 emails I have for them with no response (5-6 times). I'll save the email and hope someone replies. I purchased the EXTENDED warranty but it is owned by a third party who does not recognize it as it is covered by the regular 1 year warranty! I'm posting this in hopes that someone will read this, reply, and fix my non-working vacuum cleaner.
