Does a great job!

I love this robot vacuum cleaner! I've had one before that wasn't as good, but this one is great. I have tile and hardwood floors with thin rugs with no fringes and it doesn't snag. It can run for a very long time without needing to be charged and will be recharged in less than 4 hours. The side brush does a great job of cleaning baseboards and sweeping things in their path. It picks up dog hair and dust particles excellently! Really saves me a lot of time!

CONNECTING WITH ALEXA MADE EASY

Good product, difficult to connect with Alexa. So after trying and watching the video for about 1:30 hours, here I will detail how to do it: 1. Go to Alexa app (I assume your Alexa device is already paired) 2. Find "intelligent life" in skills3. You will be prompted to log in with your account (remember that although it starts with +1, you can also enter your email address). If you don't have an account, please download the Smart Life APP from the store (free).4. DO NOT LINK YOUR VACUUM CLEANER

Small but has issues

Update: corrected the rating. The company has contacted me and is doing their best to help me resolve this issue. They kept in touch with me and were vigilant in responding to emails and step-by-step instructions. First, I can't connect the device to my WiFi. I tried to contact the company and they sent me a youtube video. I tried that but it didn't work. I've tried to contact them again a couple of times and I haven't received a response. UPDATE: Your customer service has really improved. They contacted me (several times on this trip) and sent me a new device (even a newer model - M210) and it works great! It cleans well, is programmable and has a remote control. Everyone in the family likes it. Except for the dog. Let's wait a bit. The vacuum cleaner worked fine for 3 weeks, then it stopped. The company is sketchy! The base is defective and the device cannot be charged. Avoid because of poor quality.

Update: I continue to receive harassing emails from the company asking them to change my rating. They offered $5 (unethical) and emailed almost every day. One of them showed a man talking about how her husband had left her and their children and desperately trying to change that. I sent Revane but they do nothing.
