I used to make candles. Many years ago my wife (the first) worked in a candle shop making all sorts of things. I learned a lot from her and we had the most fragrant candles one could ask for. This set does the same and very well. This is a great way for the family to spend time together or learn how to make your own custom candles. The kit includes everything you need from natural beeswax to dyes and fragrances, including jars, wicks and coasters. When I first opened the box, the scent of the oils was overwhelming. I don't know which one, but one leaked a little into the pocket that separated it from the rest of the set. I couldn't see anything on the filling levels of the bottles. They all looked the same. So I just unscrewed all the caps and put them back in. Just a drop or two of these concentrated oils will add a strong scent to your new candles. It's the same with paints. USE SAFE! Start with a small chip. You will be surprised how much color there is. You get way more wicks than you need along with everything else. The only thing that goes with this set is wax. You get a large surplus of everything else. The instructions are great. The components and tools are great. With this set you can make great candles. My (current) wife loves this set. Five stars.
