collapsed. Terrible. Painful.

Fell apart on me. I'm well under the 300 pound weight limit. I patted myself on the elbows for that. It wasn't very pleasant. This is a security risk. $55 down the drain. I want my money back but I don't even know who to contact. Their website is buggy and not very user friendly. Very outraged by this death trap.
