Low reliability - In April 2022, it refused to charge in the morning and turn on for the first time. (During the night, for some unknown reason, it drooped completely). They repaired it under warranty for a long time, but they allegedly replaced everything - the battery, the system board, etc., etc. a month later, everything happened again (it also sagged in one night), I turned to the service center, but already the warranty was denied - corrosion in the connector. (and that's all, without any comments about the cause of corrosion !, but verbally due to water getting into the plug - and this is at IP68 !))). At the same time, from the content of the description of the smartphone from the site www. Samsung. Com, it follows that the above smartphone has protection class IP68, which is assigned to tested devices, against water and dust and can be in fresh water for no more than 30 minutes, at a depth of 1 .5 meters. (Which I didn't do with him) At first, they answered my appeal to Samsung via the hotline that in my case this is a warranty case since IP68, but they did not give a written answer))), A few days after my insistent requests for a written answer, they called and answered that it was no longer a warranty case ))). There has been no written response to my appeal for 3 weeks already . The service center refused to conduct an independent examination . Conclusion: do not recommend to buy.
