Really bright! for drawing, painting and art supplies

So far they are really very bright and I am very satisfied! I began to worry that I would never find such a great vibe as I did with my very first set three years ago! Here I am, smiling from ear to ear! I'm curious what the numbers on the pins mean if they aren't color coded or something? Since I foolishly took all my pencils out of their case and put them back in numerical order I have to do this and that's when I realized the numbers mean nothing and I have no idea how to put them back in their place. they were before I deleted them. Thanks for any help or pointers on this!
