Finding the right one wasn't easy. Toyota and Revain say it doesn't fit my truck. First I ordered PT18A-34090. This one didn't fit my truck, but it should have. It fits in my exhaust pipe, not over it. So I ordered this one hoping it would fit and it works! I have a 2010 Tundra SR5 4.6L V8 with the TRD package. According to the description it is intended for 5.7 V8. My exhaust pipe is 3" in diameter at the end and tapers about 6" from end to end? 2 - 2 1/2" diameter. I am providing all this information to ease the hassle. Hope this helps! As for Revain, the service was excellent as always. I sent the first one back with no problems, the second one Received quickly, and although it was from their "stock offers" and was described as "used - very good", it was like new "spacers" that go under the exhaust pipe where the clamps attached) I love that it has the Toyota badge on top.
