Does the job, almost
I would give 3.5. This is normal, but not very universal. There are places for mini disks and thumb drives, but they are specific. I was able to modify the mini disc platters by cutting them off and now I can use them all for USB sticks. Once modded, this is a handy item. It seems they could make the pads more versatile or easier to swap out.
