Good quality bulbs at a good price. My rationale for the average rating lies in the packaging. 10 bulbs in small individual boxes are neatly packed in another box. I actually like the efficiency of the packaging, but almost returned it before I even put one in the holder because the standard packaging, which says 12 volts in big repeating print (I ordered 120 volts), both on the There are boxes of bulbs in the larger box as well as on the individual packaging, they appear to be the wrong voltage, plug type and wattage. The actual label with the specs was on the bottom of the box and was unreadable anyway. So when they're on the shelf with all my other spare bulbs, they're not easy to identify at a glance. I respect a seller who wants to minimize packaging, but this isn't the best way to go about it.
