Vacuum bag later.

I am a tenant and am lucky to have a great landlord. But both the dryer and the refrigerator showed an unacceptable operating time for their tasks. So I did a little research. You don't want to know what I found. How many years does it take for so much dirt to accumulate? So I got this brush along with a rotary (drill) dryer air duct system. The brush worked well for a blow dryer. I attribute most of this to the dryer's design, but this brush didn't brush very well. It certainly didn't capture or gain much. Instead, it worked well as a scraper, allowing me to get into all those little corners and hard-to-reach places and loosen a ton of stuck debris. If I were to get a suction nozzle as well, I could reach there and vacuum. The brush itself wasn't very useful for picking up dirt. It was a lot more powerful for a fridge, probably because it wasn't fighting gravity. I've done at least 100 strokes with this brush and removed most of the visible debris. While I'll admit I also tilted the fridge slightly to allow for more reliable access to the coils, I wouldn't expect this to be necessary if you spend five minutes doing this on a regular basis (2-4 times a year). to clean the coils. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the accumulated dust. It was ok to just wipe the dust where there was no build up. Make sure to pair it with a vacuum to remove debris after each hit. I recommend you pair it with something like a microfiber brush to get a finer dust at the end. Worth its weight in gold with energy saving, whether you have the discipline for preventive cleaning or, like me, are in a catch-up situation. . Maybe there are other brushes better, but this one was perfect for me.
