Note. Initially I thought I wanted a vacuum cleaner nozzle that sucks up lint

I bought these after reading an article about how many home fires each year are caused by dryer vents and lint. I have a front loading dryer and the vent always closes after each load I make (we have dogs that shed). I thought the lint must be deep in the dryer vent not coming out through the vent. Boy was I right! After it arrived I used it and removed so much lint! The wire portion of the handle is flexible, allowing it to fit deep into any air vent. While cleaning I thought I would buy…

Does what it's supposed to do

I recently saw an article on our local news about the potential danger of lint collecting in a dryer vent. They recommended cleaning the lint filter cavity regularly. However, in the fifteen years I've owned it, I've never cleaned the inside of the dryer (I clean the lint filter after every load). So I thought that I have to do this. I ordered one of these brushes and one of the long suction nozzles for cleaning dryers. I was surprised at how good the brush was considering how little I paid for

I am a tenant and am lucky to have a great landlord. But both the dryer and the refrigerator showed an unacceptable operating time for their tasks. So I did a little research. You don't want to know what I found. How many years does it take for so much dirt to accumulate? So I got this brush along with a rotary (drill) dryer air duct system. The brush worked well for a blow dryer. I attribute most of this to the dryer's design, but this brush didn't brush very well. It certainly didn't capture…

Too big for my needs.

Very sturdy but I was looking for something shorter to clean the lint filter on the front of the dryer. It's too wide and too long. I need something like a bottle brush with a longer handle. I will look for it. I'm sure I'll find a use for it.
