I was initially dissatisfied with my purchase as the lamp stopped working properly after only four months of use. The light only turned on intermittently and sometimes didn't change dimmers at all. I contacted the manufacturer and explained my situation. They responded promptly and sent me a replacement free of charge. That's what I call quality customer service! They took very good care of me and my new lamp works great! I am very happy with the quality of my new lamp and the excellent customer service they have provided. I recommend it 100%!
