The best thing about this tool is that it has all in one solution to manage releases of multiple systems within an organization as well as across different organizations. It's easy to use with excellent documentation provided by support team which makes things more easier when you are new user. I have been using it since last year but still facing some minor issues like sometimes my builds fail due to network connectivity issue or something else related which can be solved easily if we get help from their Support Team through ticketing system. We used this tool to automate our deployments process so that every time any change happens in production environment then automatically released version gets updated without manual intervention required.
