Very uncomfortable on the nose and forehead. From what I've seen most people trim the nose to make it bigger and add padding for the new larger hole as well as where it sits on the forehead. I can't stress enough that you have to change this to use it, it's so inconvenient. The lens gets dirty very easily and is very difficult to clean again. However, despite all the downsides, I still feel like it's a Stat 4 because it works well (if you clean your lenses and cut a larger nostril) and costs less than $10. While I have complaints, I think it's still a phenomenal product for less than $10 if you're okay with modifying it.
