Coating peels off when cooked
I've never written a bad review before but since I was so excited I thought I'd spare someone else the trouble. My pan looked and felt amazing (hard to hold, quality handles and non-stick coating). Unfortunately it lasted about a month after just a few uses and the underside was peeling off and burning part of my cooktop. Pieces of my Cookson fell off and burned. It's an electric oven, so no open flames. Such a disappointment. I'll be back.
