The enamel on the bottom of the pan started peeling after 5 uses. The inside of this pan stopped slipping out of the pan after three uses and now it sticks. I only use medium heat on my glass range with pots and copper type. I was supposed to try the pan as soon as I bought it and would return it in a heartbeat, but I haven't used the pan until recently so there's no return guarantee.

I received a set of these pans as a gift and I love it, but I kept finding the 3 liter pan too big and the 1.5 liter pan too small was for my needs. This was the perfect addition to the set, this pan size meets all the cooking needs that the other two sizes don't. just what i need to complete my set. The silicone handles are very comfortable and don't get hot, and the pan heats up nicely. The tack free finish was great too and they clean great.

I've never written a bad review before but since I was so excited I thought I'd spare someone else the trouble. My pan looked and felt amazing (hard to hold, quality handles and non-stick coating). Unfortunately it lasted about a month after just a few uses and the underside was peeling off and burning part of my cooktop. Pieces of my Cookson fell off and burned. It's an electric oven, so no open flames. Such a disappointment. I'll be back.

Great for weekend breakfast prep. I can accommodate everything without using several different pans. I just want the handles to slide up and not out. A handle rests against the back of the stove, so I can't position it exactly over the rear burner. I can't comment on the durability as I don't have a lot of it yet. The handles get hot even though they are silicone coated. Edit: Downgraded one star because it warped after a few uses.
