I have been using this product for 3 years now. acids as well as the perfect flavor for hydration, whether at the gym or just a cold refreshment at home. With all natural ingredients and essential amino acids I won't drink anything else because I know what's in it and can feel the difference, I'm awake and hydrated. Along with plenty of naturally occurring BCAAs. It tastes great, it's a little pricey, but it's worth every penny because it does the job, which is rehydration, and gives your body the benefits of all the essential amino acids your body needs. I highly recommend trying this product. I did and never came back. I drink sugar-free sports drinks throughout the day, especially living in Florida on those extremely hot days. Thank you Scott L
