I have been using this product for 3 years now. acids as well as the perfect flavor for hydration, whether at the gym or just a cold refreshment at home. It tastes great, it's a little pricey, but it's worth every penny because it does the job, which is rehydration, and gives your body the benefits of all the essential amino acids your body needs.
