Literally just got this, put the black bracelet on, pulled it tight, and the thread broke. I didn’t even pull it hard. What a piece 😒UPDATE: This company is amazing! I was not expecting anything after posting this review but, today, I received two brand new bracelets, a bonus necklace, and a note apologizing for the inconvenience. I am truly blown away by the customer service. Amorwing, thank you so much for everything! It looks like the new bracelet is much more secure too. Happy holidays!
