Great Product With Customer Service That Outpaces Most

Call logic has been the platform that has helped us to make our sales team more productive. The platform is very easy to use and has helped us to maximize our productivity. The customer service has been very good and have helped us with all our queries. The only thing that I don't like is the pricing. It is very expensive and I am not sure how to use the platform without paying for the full version. I am solving my problem of having a large sales team. I am solving the problem of having a large sales team. I enjoy using the live agents for support with our product. They are very knowledgeable and know how to resolve issues and questions quickly. The live agent team has been great! Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get through to an agent. If you need help right away, this is not the software for you. We use Call Logic for all of our outbound sales calls. The ability to schedule and track calls in real time and the reporting features are extremely helpful.

Pros
  • That we can assign lead qualification criteria at call initiation which saves hours from manually qualifying leads before every phone conversation occurs especially when dealing across multiple locations or countries within same region; also being able add notes about each prospect during initial outreach/phone contact process (not available if dialing directly off CRM data) makes life much easier as well.!! Also love "Calls Made" status bar indicator feature too
