Great Product With Customer Service That Outpaces Most

Call logic has been the platform that has helped us to make our sales team more productive. The platform is very easy to use and has helped us to maximize our productivity. The customer service has been very good and have helped us with all our queries. The only thing that I don't like is the pricing.   • That we can assign lead qualification criteria at call initiation which saves hours from manually qualifying leads before every phone conversation occurs especially when dealing across multiple locations or countries within same region; also being able add notes about each prospect during initial outreach/phone contact process (not available if dialing directly off CRM data) makes life much easier as well.!! Also love "Calls Made" status bar indicator feature too
