I received a medium/large hat in the mail. When I took it out I was very surprised at how small the hat was. I thought, well, I should see if it fits, maybe I'm just looking at it wrong, BUT no, it was too small for my boxers. I only wore it on my boxers for a few seconds to try it on, took it off immediately, shook it out to get rid of any hair on it and repackaged it to return. Doggie Pro Shop didn't refund my money because they said it had hair and wasn't in new condition. It was in like-new condition. They said they wouldn't clean it and that's the customers responsibility. I don't remember the hair on it, if it was from my boxers it was hard to see. I feel that this company does not provide good customer service. So be careful if you need to give them something back. Now they say I have to pay them to send it back to me if I want ($2.90), even though it only cost me two marks to send it to them.
