WAY too small. the best in my rating
I bought 8M Toddler (22) but they look more like a baby than a toddler. They are cute flops but very small. Unfortunately I have to return them and would not recommend them due to the sizes being too different.

- The size is bigger! My son wears a size 5 on Carter (for reference). I ordered these flip flops a size 5...no room to grow!
