. This sink was advertised as 18 inches. This is far from the actual size of the sink. We were remodeling our bathroom and made the mistake of not opening the packaging and measuring the sink before the contractor installed it in a brand new custom stone countertop. Sink size 14 inches. Yes, 14 inches! And it's a slim 10 inches top to bottom too! Now we have tiny shells. Eventually we'll have to replace the entire counter and sinks, but after throwing $1,000 at it, we can't just throw it away and spend another $1,000. Lesson learned: ALWAYS open your boxes and measure them as soon as you receive them. Until then, we wash one hand in one sink and the other in the other.
